Established in 1985 Washington-Ramsey County Wheelers is an ATV club based near St. Paul, Minnesota. We Promote, among other things, the general welfare and safety of ATV recreation. We strive to develop and maintain a fraternal spirit with other recreational sport enthusiasts. Yearly family membership is only $15!

In accordance with the WRCW by-laws, Article 2, Section 4, each member shall be required to be a member of the All-Terrain Vehicle Association of Minnesota (ATVAM) to receive benefits from ATVAM as a club. As of 12/1/2007 a membership costs $20. for more information, please refer to ATVAM Membership
