Who We Are:

Established in 1985 Washington-Ramsey County Wheelers is an ATV club based near St. Paul, Minnesota. We Promote, among other things, the general welfare and safety of ATV recreation. We strive to develop and maintain a fraternal spirit with other recreational sport enthusiasts. Our participation in legislative and regulatory planning helps improve and expand atv recreation in Minnesota. More information about WRCW...

Our Purpose:

  • To Stimulate and advance the general welfare and safety of ATVing
  • To provide a medium for the exchange of ATV information.
  • To develop a fraternal spirit among local ATVers and other recreational enthusiasts.
  • To serve the interests of ATV owners.
  • To defend such owners against discriminatory legislation, regulations, and burdensome taxation
  • To own or lease property for club uses.
  • To perform all desirable and lawful functions for the successful operation of the club in the general public interest.
  • To promote youth safety.
